Does your fingernail catch on the scratches?

Have a birthday coming up and I'm looking to get a decent vacuum to add to my arsenal. Budget would probably be < $150. Any recommendations or tips on what specs to look for would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Working clean is the way to go. Those bonded contaminants can break free and cause additional damage to your paint.
