Help! Uber compound is getting the swirls out.

Sorry for the late update, life and work has been keeping me busy. I'm going to start back on the car in the next couple of weeks. For Mikes question about the RIDS.The car was bought as a demo with 6K miles on it. It was pretty much new, but as we all know how dealers take care of cars.. I'm...

Help! Uber compound is getting the swirls out.

My father usually does it, which he doesn't do it right. Uses a microfiber weave drying cloth to dry. Yes, after this correction it will be done right, I've already explained the process.. and in fact, no more "touch drying", using the leaf blower method. FivePoint.0, There is a shop in...

Help! Uber compound is getting the swirls out.

I'm not a pro, and that's why I'm here asking. However, I will repeat my test spot with the directions above and give it a shot.

Help! Uber compound is getting the swirls out.

I may have to wait for the sun in the morning for pics. With the overhead lights I just can't get the angle. I'll attach one I got. Yes rids are there badly.. but, it still has it fair share of light scratches. But random here and there, not consistent. I rub over them and honestly it feels like...

Help! Uber compound is getting the swirls out.

Yes I did clay before. My first run on my test spot with a brand new pad gave me the same result. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk

Help! Uber compound is getting the swirls out.

Hey guys, I'm trying to correct my moms 2012 CTS V and I purchased the 5.5" pads for my PC DA Polisher. Using a orange Lake country pad. First I tried the Wolfgang twins but still light scratches are there. I then broke out the brand new bottle of Uber compound and not much change. I've tried...

    CTS-V Correction + Coating

I'll be doing my mothers CTS V this weekend. I hope it turns out as good as this! However, it's not in as bad shape as this one is.

    MTM Foam Lance help

Yes it would, but I guess it depends on how much you clean your driveway if it's worth it to purchase a big gas powered one.

    How well can UC correct?

How does this compare to the Wolfgang Twins? Also, compared to M105?

Going to start a detail job on my truck..

Valid questions I wish I could answer.. :( I'm a newbie to this process so my input would be just speculation.

Going to start a detail job on my truck..

Any suggestion for removing dust without a full wash? Quick detailer and a good microfiber towel ok? I'm still really bothered by a few spots in the paint. The swirling is still present pretty noticeable on one fender and the hood middle part area. Possible something with more cut that the...

    MTM Foam Lance help

Well to update, I guess I'll keep the Greenworks 1700PSI for now. I actually used it this weekend to clean my sidewalk and did a great job for no concrete wash.. It has enough power to get the job done, however just not as FAST as a bigger gas unit. Now, if it holds up to my moderate use for my...

    MTM Foam Lance help

Nothing major, I'm spoiled by my dads 4000 PSI pressure pro. That thing is a beast! But, it's over kill for me. I may stick with the greenworks, I don't know.. it just seems like a water hose with a little extra push. The pressure pro will rinse a car from 20 feet back.. :xyxthumbs:

    MTM Foam Lance help

Yep I didn't hook that part up.. oops! Thanks, I'm sure that is my issue. I'll try it again in the morning. The Greenworks isn't bad, but I'm thinking of taking it back and getting the gas model step up. Reviews are so good though. Decisions, decisions.

    MTM Foam Lance help

So, I purchased the Greenworks 1700PSI pressure washer from Lowes and attached the Foam cannon. I didn't measure out any of the Mr. Pink because I wanted to see how it was testing with the new washer. I put about half a bottle of hot water and and a "good pour" of Mr. Pink (sorry I don't have...
