I noticed that my Griots Fast Cutting Microfiber pads were covered in these small tiny white dots. I've tried to clean them twice and its not going anywhere. So I wanted to ask, is it still safe to use these pads? Also, when do you determine to throw away your pads and get a new one?

It was sold as certified pre owned, dealership informed me that they had repainted the front bumper because it had minor scuff and scratches. I wasnt into detailing at the time so I didn't really check for the paint condition carefully since everything looked good at the time of purchase
