    Too many options and opinions

I asked a similar question about working by hand, but it was recommended to get a polisher and for a daily driver Mike said to try an AIO product http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/auto-detailing-101/100612-hand-polishing-camaro.html

    What Brand

I only take care of 4-7 cars and they are just daily drivers. I don't need the fuss of buying this brand compound another brand for polish another for wheel cleaner. I don't need the best, just good reliable from one company. I was thinking about 3D / HD & Megs. From Black Fire I've only used...

    Hand Polishing a Camaro

I have a 2015 Ashen Gray Metallic Camaro with less then 3000. This is a daily driver so it's in the weather. I was thinking of trying Wet Ice Over Fire. I've used All Finish Paint Protection in the past and loved the results. Right now I only work by hand and was wondering if it would be...

    Interior Protectant & Dust

Last weekend I used some M40 for the first time. I had a little streaking, but I could be part of the blame on that. My main concern, after 24 hours the dash seemed to be a dust magnet. There was more dust in in 2 days then usually appears in two months. Is there a good interior cleaner /...

    Lowes ONR grout sponge...

My wash mits would pick up dirt and it was hard trying to keep them clean, yes even with a grit guard. The grout sponge is easy to keep clean and I started using them on my Vette about 5 years ago and still use them today

Do you use 2 grit guards?

I had two and now only use one in the rinse. I don't use wash a mitt. They seem to just hold the dirt and it takes forever to try and get them clean when rinsing. Need a grit guard designed to attach to the side of the bucket so you can access it easier. I was thinking about modifying a...

    Blackfire by Hand

I was going to try Blackfire Gloss Enhancing Polish before applying Wet Diamond, but I'm working by hand and was wondering if it would be worth the effort. What I notice any difference . The car has about 6000 miles and the black paint looks to be in good condition. Thanks

    Spring Cleaning Suggestions

Like most, time for the Spring detail. I'm about out of everything and getting ready to order and need some suggestions. I washed the car and looked at it and from I can tell, the paint looks petty good. There's 4500 miles on it. I'm working by hand and wondered if it would worthwhile to use a...

    Looking for a pure polish

You are correct no abrasives, I read about EZ Creme and it appears to have some abrasive/fillers. I believe Megs 7 stains easily, but I'm not sure. I'm trying to stay away from staining if possible.
