FYI not to be mean or anything but that is not a real "type-R." Looks to be a few "type-R" style parts on a regular GSR trim Integra. Aside from that it looks damn good!

I have used a temp gauge before out of curiosity. I read an average between 135-150 when buffing in a non-A/C garage during the hot Florida summer.

At lowest imo start at 1200, then 1500, 2000, 3000 and so on. It will take a lot of compound and time trying to get 1200 sanding marks out.

Just a recent detail I finally had my camera around to take pictures. I installed new seats and other interior pieces that the customer had straight from japan.

Wow... That Makes you really think of all the dumb stuff done in the past. Back in high school I lost two good friends to racing, they hit a gaurd rail and were ejected from the car and then the car rolled over them, since then i've calmed doen my driving alot! I'm 20yrs old, drive a ram srt-10...

meaning it does not contain any silicone, oils or any other chemicals that can potentially cause fish eye, solvent pop, ect when a vehicle is painted. In a body shop you cant afford to risk any contamination on a prepped for paint vehicle. If I'm wrong please correct me.

Looks like an honest mistake, I give the guy props for thinking so quickly and moving to the passenger side (Most likely covering his son) before he was crushed.
