Black WOW or Meg's Ultimate Protectant

BW last the longest. You must apply it VERY thin or it will be greasy. I had BW on a winshield trim and it lasted over 3 months. No greasy feel when I applied it thin and it still had even coverage. The nice thin g about BW is you use so little, the one bottle will last you for a year.

Who's gotta sprayer that Wheel Brightener won't destroy

Get a sprayer that uses Viton sprayer head. Lowes sells this style sprayer. This is the only type I know that can handle repeated contact with harsh chemicals. I destroyed the SprayMaster bottle using PoorBoys wheel cleaner after 10 uses.

    Overspray removal - Henrys foam

You can also try a paint safe product like Surf City garage Bug and tar remover, Meguiars Bug and tar remover, and Body Solvent. Let it soak for a bit before removal. Good luck.

    Strange Looks

I get the odd look when I tell people at the dealership all the free car wash that just came out all have massive swirls. Friends tell me I am a nut to keep all my wax and glazes in the frig.

    Wheel Help

The BMW wheels are known to have hard to remove break dust. From the photos it is mildly pitted. I suggest Meguiars wheel brightner (gallon only) or Stoners Tarminator. I had very good luck with Stoners on a BMW wheel with same type of embedded dirt.

    Trouble with MB S420 paint

It is conventional clear. No C besides VIN. Producted Sep 2001. I say the paint is hard due to these reasons: The trunk lid is repainted a few years back and is very easy to correct with M105. It finishes almost LSP ready. When I polish the factory paint panel it does not...

I am working on a 2001 Mercedes S420 black oem paint. The paint suffers from heavy rids, marring, and some random deep scratches. I am having a hard time removing the massive rids on this car. Perhaps the paint is very hard? What I am using: Flex 3401 LC CCS yellow cutting pad LC CCS...

    Problem removing RIDS

I am working on an extreme makeover (soon to be posted) on a 2001 MB S420 black. The paint is conventional formula. The paint is in very bad shape. Tons of white overspray, deep scratches, and water spots. I am having issues removing RIDS after the 1st polishing stage using the Flex 3401...

How To Apply Mothers California Gold Pure Carnauba Paste by Machine

Wow, that pad was ment for it. Perfect fit. Not to bash on the product, but my experience from using the wax 15 years ago was it tends to powder ALOT. Do you find this the same upon removal or it from excessive wax applied?

I ruined a Blue LC pad, warning!

Chemical reaction to the foam. Similar to super glue on sterafoam. Cut the pad into blocks and use it to apply dressing on trims (like Black Wow). Nothing goes to waste.

    1989 Jaguar XJS Engine Detail

Clean the engine by hand and be careful that no connectors gets yanked in the process. The engine is a nightmare with exposed and unsealed connector head. They can easily short out. Good luck
