I honestly dont know how u consider the tire is clean. But i do scrub it with a mitten... not the type u use to wash car.. It feels more rough when u touch it. Anyways i use car soap with that mitten to scrub my tires. Today i used Meg's Super degreaser on my tires and applied Four Star tire...
