We've got the Blue Law here in SC, but stores are permitted to open at 1:30pm. Food stores/restaurants are allowed by law to open at regular times and stores that sell food along with retail (i.e. Super Walmart, etc) can open but must rope off all retail so that nobody even enters that area...
