Thats a great story Dmb5450 yes i work hard for my vehicle's payments, and i also take pride in my cars appearance. The last thing i expect is for a dealership to damage my vehicle. I have not got these survey cards/emails but i sure look forward to getting one. Thanks!

Thanks for responding, my oil changes are free for three years myself. I have not yet complained to corporate i figure if i complain every time i go to a dealer for service i will eventually run out of dealers to go to so idk.

yes the collision repair shop is a reputable one with good reviews, one of the best in the area, i am sure the painters are ASE certified, but just to make sure i will ask

What kind of certified, whats the industry standard? He mentioned about the bumpers being painted differently then metal on cars, and there is a vin on the original that's why he recommended repair. Of course i will keep you informed

I found a guy that does not recommend a new one, he will be taking the bumper off and inspecting in my presence, he guarantee's show room look for reasonable dollar. complain?? Thats history, it was Christmas day and i didn't do it, i am not going to second guess myself, or discuss moral code...

What do you mean damage underneath? The bumper unpainted is $400.00 Its a brand new car i'm not going to do that Wouldn't chance that i will just pay the piper

Not sure how hard, i mean whether he applied brakes or no through my rear veiw it looked like about 25 mph...so your saying i will need a new bumper? Will be getting several estimates later today!
