    Hi Justin, Curious as to how 2018 treated you with the Nano? I have had the same problem - about 6 months after I purchased the long neck kit. Sent back in for service, and it was fixed and returned. 2 months later, same issue. Love the tool, but not thrilled with its lack of reliability...
