Hmm... weird! Never experienced what you have Thomas... But i have only had the tape on for about 4-5 hours on the cars i have done.. How long did you have the tape on?

The tape dont have to be blue Thomas_K. Personally i shop masking tape at Europris. Costs 10-12NOK ($2) for about 20-25 meters and they have rolls with different width.

Just a little update ;) Waxed with Pinnacle Souverän on friday 17th. and finished with Pinnacle Souverän Spray on sat. 18th. Got a little trophy for "BEST SHINE" on the last Mitsubishi meeting :D :applause: Pics:

We are a Mitsubishi family, so that is correct ;) I got a 1998 Carisma and a 1978 Galant, and my parents got the Outlander ;) :cheers:

Nica: This is the most beautiful color i know of! I think Mazda and Peugeot use a similar color, and it is just stunning to watch that color when its newly waxed :) Klumzypinoy: I wash and wax about everything which is painted on a car, if I have enough time of course ;)

Detailed my parents car for some weeks ago. Really love the color on this, and just love to polish and wax it, since the result always is perfect :) Day1: Wash, dry, clay and rewashed the car. Then i used Meguiars Scratch X on some minor scratches i found. Didn't have to go over the whole car...

But it sure came out nice. She looks beautiful Im the MAN

Thanks for the tips and nice comments! I didnt know that the NXT wax should cure for about 12 hours before the next step :o But now i know :p And why i used the NXT wax? I think it gives a very nice result, quick and easy :) But maybe some of you could mension a wax that is better than the...
