Going to do some work on my Subaru this weekend. I normally use foam pads as I can get away with using some fairly non aggressive pads to get good correction. I have been noticing that more and more people are using microfiber pads. I was just wondering if I would get quicker or better results...

There not deep ... It's basically just swirls. I don't plan on using any compound. I've got some SF4000 and going to work my way up if needed. I know the paint is soft so I figure it should't take much to get them out.

Was -15 Celsius and got 10 cm of snow here the other day but this has been one of the worst winters we have had in years. Hopefully in about a month I can get to work. Just doing my research now. Hope the colder weather does make the paint easier to work with lol. Its a daily driver though so...

Oh ok now I get it lol. I will definitely watch out for that. I have a bottle of blacklight so I will use that. I will order some SF4000 and Crimson LC pads. Just hope the weather up here in Canada warms up soon so I can get to work lol.

Thanks allot for your help guys. I will defiantly be picking up some SF4000. Would you know what the Hex-Logic equivalent to the Crimson LC or black Menzerna pad be? I currently have white and black Hex-Logic pads so I'm hoping to use those and not have to buy new ones lol.
