After washing use Chemical Guys Fade 2 Black on all the hoses and rubber. It's a spray and it isn't greasy like alot of protectants. Wipes right off. Fast and effective.
As far as your headlights go, here are the steps I used on mine (courtesy of clubrsx.com)
