Tesla Paint is interesting. What is your take on it?

I haven't heard it personally was made for it, but ever since 3M consumed Meguiar's awhile back.. who really knows? Anyhow the 105-205 recipe was SUPER OLD and needed a refresh since paint has changed so much over the years anyhow. Once your familiar with the paint, it's honestly super easy...

Tesla Paint is interesting. What is your take on it?

I work on Tesla's all day, can't really go into more detail than that. BUT, 99% of the time I get great results with Megs D300 on a megs MF cutting pad. Finished off with a rupes yellow pad and Megs 210 Polish. (On Rupes 21 MKII) If I have to do any wet-sanding i'll reach for a heavier compound...

    higher flow electric pressure washer?

To be honest there is one I have tested out and has worked really really well. I was looking for a budget one in-between getting a higher end setup and after some research pulled the trigger on one off of Amazon. Specs are great and real world use is even better. After doing about 175 thorough...

    Rupes Mille

Iv'e been using mine for about a week now, so far the results have been pretty good. Its always a plus when the pad keeps spinning even when your hitting curvatures, which my 21 just doesn't touch. Correction speed has been great as well. The only "negative" things I found out about it is that...

    Wet Sanding Gel Coat

Very nice job bud, quite the transformation. Boats are fun to work on (sometimes) cleaning the pads after? not so much hehe.

    Hot weather detailing

Also (Depending on vehicle size) you could get a canopy for a relatively decent price to provide some shade while your washing anywhere from 10X10 - 10X20 or something larger if that's what you fancy.

Anyone used this 3D microfiber cleaner?

Works great for me, on both microfiber & cotton loads. Plus as previously said you can't really beat the price!

    Harbor Freight polisher question

I have one of these, have an extension and 2.5" stiff backing plate on it for 3" pads. I ONLY use this for headlights that way I never have to switch out backing plates. The vibrations from it are.. well your hands will be tingly i'm sure. I wouldn't suggest using it for long periods of time...

    Steam Cleaner Advice

Although the Firebird works great for me for the time being, steer clear of it. It's just a rebranded one from china they sell for $100-175. Also Mytee Customer service straight up blows.
