With FedEx my shipments to Canada arrive a week sooner than when shipped by Oops. I am sent tracking reminders which is nice to know when your package will arrive. I have had too many bad experiences with UPS, so I welcome the change.

Megan, How about something for your Shoppers from Canada we get hit hard with exchange rates and shipping. How about free shipping to Canada over a certain amount. Looking for a new Flex but with exchange and shipping the price is almost double.
