Hey Kirby, This type of concave is typically caused by excessive heat. It can be related to down pressure, pad contamination/clogging, and or too long without cleaning or switching between pads.
I noticed that this appears to be a Force orange pad. What type of tool was used when this...
Hey, no problem, and that's how text and words work. No hard feelings on my end at all, and I hope the same for you. Words can be easily taken out of the intended context. I did only get through 35 emails or so, but i did get a chance to look for that stuff, and again, I sincerely apologize...
Matt, I wasn't trying to offend you, but I must say that your initial response was not read in the same way you chose reply the second time, which is why i felt the need to make sure it was clarified. Regardless my comment was to clarify the information on this forum, definitely not to make you...
These pads do not look right. Can you email me additional images of the pad and I can help out.
The one on the left looks like a Hybrid pad or another manufacturer.
The pad on the right in the OP looks like it is the flat pad version that was just replaced with the "NEW" pads
The "NEW" pads...

I would say your statement above is far from the truth, but I can appreciate your thought process. We removed some of our colors to simplify the lines, and made the CCS and flat in identical orders of aggression.
I can agree that having the original line of pads in a similar color scheme is...
The green and white are both polishing pads. They both serve a similar type of purpose, but are apples and oranges in comparison. Both are European prepolymer foams, but offer different advantages.
Typically people have always associated the white as a goto polishing pad. The green pad is...
Hope everyone is doing Ok! I'm sure it was pretty bad in some areas, but It sounds like it was much better than it could be so far. Keeping everyone in thoughts and prayers over here at Lake Country Manufacturing.
Thanks for the review!!!! I liked the gifs too! Nicely done. I enjoyed using the Jescar products also and they pair perfect with the new HDO pad line also. One thing to remember while comparing the Uro-etc line in comparison to this is that they are apples and oranges. Our blue pad is only a...
