30-60 minutes isn't that bad at all... Pretty typical in our area.

I use Meguiars M40 vinyl cleaner and protectant. Richens up the black vinyl in my 79 Z28 while leaving a natural finish.

Sounds like we have the same mower. On mine the pipe that goes into the muffler vibrates loose. I've welded it a few too many times now and it's worse than ever. The metal is very thin. Fortunately my nearest neighbor is at least 600 get away. So I still mow with it.

I would start it.... If your concerned, depending on how much gas is in your tank, you could always add new gas to it. Or, you could get a hand transfer pump, remove some gas then add fresh gas.

A local detailer from our area is on that team as well.

This is what I do as well. Nothing seams to keep them from turning brown again though. It happens with the car just sitting in my shop.
