Ok just got done using D156 as a drying agent during my rinseless wash. Wow. Wow. Wow. Cut my waffle weave towel usage in half! Also makes drying so much easier. Incredible stuff really considering how cheap it is by the gallon and how far it goes. Plus the extra little bump in wax protection...

In for more ideas for storage. Tupperware would be fine? Zip lock bag?

Reviving an older thread here but would a GG 6" DA polisher w/ 3" pad be fine for the grit discs? Or do they have too much power for this even on the lowest setting?

Agree! I tried to correct without sandpaper and works just fine! Just got around to doing a headlight correction on moms rx300. 3" orange hex logic pad using megs ultimate compound and then m205. Impressive! And so simple!

Thanks for the replies. The video shows how to use it after the car has been dried. So that didn't help. So for drying agent just wash, rinse then spray D156. Water on car will dilute it and then I just wipe dry as normal? The d156 somehow aids in drying the car faster and leaves a protective...

Hi, so I know you can use it as a drying agent but can't seem to find any links, videos or threads about how to use it as a drying agent. Do I need to mix it with water in a spray bottle? Wash car, rinse car, spray the above D156 mix and dry as normal?

Thanks! I gave the car a quick pass with the medium clay and it got probably 90% of the bumps after doing another bag test. As it's a daily driver, I didn't want to make more passes which would lead to even more work during the polish stage. I just lived with it and did the M205/Klasse...

Found a local detailer who was nice enough to give me some used medium clay. Much better but still not perfect. Maybe it's just dust I'm feeling? The clay breaks apart easily and sticks to my gloves too. Hmm
