I don't use the blowing feature. As I do Eco friendly washed and when I do need a blower I use the metro sidekick which works great for blowing little bits of water out around the badges and emblems on the cars.

Got the metro vac last week. So far so good and happy with it. Much quieter than my craftsman shop vac which I know my customers will appreciate.

The gauge I purchsed was a delflesko positector b3 200 and 6000. From my understanding this will allow me to be able to read no only metal surfaces but plastic, carbon fiber, fiberglass, etc. this is key if you work on high end cars and a must have even tho the cost is a bit much. I did t realize there was still single stage paints being used... I though that stopped in the middle d 80's? Thought all cars now a days were 2 stage...

So from the little bit I know about them is some will only give you a reading if the surface is metal. And the other higher end gauges will be able to read all panels weather it be plastic, fiberglass, carbon fiber, etc... I am looking for a gauge that will do all panels. Would like to see...

I plan to use this for mobile detailing. Most the cars I do are not that crazy bad but I do from time to time get a dirty one.... so we will see...
