how to get rid of tape lines

I've polished and waxed my car and have some pretty nasty tape lines that I can't get rid of by elbow grease and towel alone. What product can I use that won't strip the wax to get rid of them?

    Polishing over paint/rock chips

Is it safe? I'd be using a PC with UC + 205. Is Dr. Color Chip my best bet in correcting these paint defects? How well does it work on metallics? I'm new to detailing so I don't feel comfortable wetsanding just yet.

I'm not really sure who to believe but I suppose it's worth giving OPC another shot. I'll use it on an unnoticeable area and will...

so it is indeed damage caused to the leather as opposed to it just being clean in those spots like people are suggesting?

    Help! OPC stained my leather!

I thought that might have been the case but wasn't sure. It's weird though because I would focus on cleaning one "stain" at a time and when it disappeared it would match the tone of the dirty leather around it which I didn't even touch. Most of the stains are gone now, apart from a few bright...

so 3:1 is fine and I should spray the towel instead of the leather directly? also, if the stains were actually clean spots, how do you explain me being able to scrub them out with a MF?
