I have both of those products in my quiver. I did a car yesterday where I used the HD speed on the majority of the paint but switched to Klasse for the trim and glass. HD speed tends to leave that white residue behind on plastic whereas Klasse does not for me.

I use my ridgid blower/vac all the time. You'll be fine. Although the tip is probably a little wide which makes it less than ideal for the gaps in panels.

I too have experienced this! After a while of polishing, the metal will actually burn you if you are not careful with it. As such, both my original and smaller flex backing plates have melted and are now trash. I'm waiting on AG to reply with my customer service inquiry.
