I’ve just ordered a new set of aero twin plus and ceriglass polish pack. My last pair of aero twin plus only lasted me 3 or 4 months. At this stage I need to try something completely different and hope for a different outcome. I shall report back once I’ve polished and sealed the windshield.
I...
That's great to hear, I shall order the detail pack, since I do have a polisher would manual polish withe the block be sufficient? Will it leave swirl mark on the windshield?
No you are not crazy ... I've heard that wiper fluid can degrade the quality of wipers. TBH i'm not sure what I'm using...
Hi all, Since day 1 I've had problems with my wipers/windshield . New wipers always end up jittering a few months after installation. I've used BMW rebranded wipers, Bosch wipers, and Valeo wipers. So far valeo wipers lasted me the longest, I'm not too sure whether it's because of the lack of...
I kept telling them that I will wash my own car but they never listen and added more swirls zzz....
That's what I worry about the most ... if its something to do with the paint itself it'll be a pain in the arse to fix...
I know it sounds absurd given the swirl marks, but on paper it's...
Long story short, my car was vandalized and I got the panels involved repainted.
Picked the car up today and I realised there was a 10x10 cm glistening patch on one of the panel. I was wondering whether it can be polished out or not.

Hi guys, just a quick update. I woke up this morning, thinking I'll have to try the things you guys recommended, however, surprisingly, it wasn't rough anymore! LOL. It became quite sleek and smooth to touch for some reason haha
I didn't do any surface prep prior to ECH2o. while its still wet the surface is smooth, however as soon as I buff out the haze, it became slightly rough, almost like the haze broken up into many smaller pieces and the edge is giving the rough feel.
Hi all, I recently started using ECH2o as a waterless wash (1:10) to clean my car when I can't be bothered going for a full wash. What I'm having trouble figuring out is the finish ECH2o leaves. After buffing out the haze, it leaves sort of a bumpy and rough finish on the car. Is it suppose to...
Im usually quite meticulous with my paint condition but recently the car has been sitting in the garage due to a fault. I believe the cause of the spots is from using tap water to spot clean without properly drying. Lesson learnt and I'll definitely use qd for quick clean in the future.
Since Im new to the detailing game, therefore im still missing a qd. Will water be adequate for neutralising the vinegar? furthermore, if the remaining ring is etched on the surface, polishing or claybar would be the only way to smooth it out right ?
Sorry I know this topic has been discussed many many times, but existing threads never really provided me with a clear answer. I recently discovered a few water spots on my newly opti coated (2 weeks) car, the spots probably sat on the paint for a week or so. Using diluted to full strength white...
