Accounnt History and Latest Order Lost

So I put in a sizable order last Friday (black Friday) to restock my company for the winter. Went through all the motions, built the order, confirmed everything, went to the pay pal site, etc. I decided to check the status today and realize there is no email, no tracking info. So I log onto my...

    2014 Detail Fest Date = March 15th & 16th

Well I have to ask, is this worth spending $1,200 to fly out from Denver to attend? (Flight, hotel, car, food, etc.). I missed MTE and I really could use the Florida sun right now. I guess I need convincing. lol

Limiting the Types of Vehicles You Do

I am a full-time detailer so my customer base is usually anyone with a dirty vehicle in need of my services and those whose money is green. After that I'll do just about any job so long as I am equipped for it. That being said, being equipped for any job is a key ingredient in doing just about...

Cars We Detailed at 40th Annual Vettes on The Rockies Event

Glad you all liked the post. We had a great time. As an FYI, the last picture was showing the film crew I mentioned. My team was in the background. The detailing items on the ground belonged to the company who was featured in the film. They are from a well-known detailing company here in...

Cars We Detailed at 40th Annual Vettes on The Rockies Event

Hello Everyone, Last week we had the honor of being the official detailer for the 40th Annual Vettes on the Rockies in Winter Park, Colorado. Over 300 Corvettes from around the country came to mountains for a week of cruises, rallies, auto cross, food, friends, and of course Corvettes. This...

Feeling nervous about polishing my car

The PC was my first real polisher and I still use it today. Although it is now my glazing and waxing machine (upgraded to a Flex 3401). It is probably the safest polisher you can start out with. It is because of this that it is a very popular tool. I have been able to get a great shine on even a...

    Ran out of microfiber cleaner

I use 1/2 the recommended amount of All Free and Clear for you load size and 1/2 cup of distilled white vinegar. Works like a charm. This is what we use on a daily basis and occasionally use Adam's microfiber revitalizer to give the towels a boost.

    Detailing reality show...like "Bar Rescue"

[/INDENT] Willie is a great guy, not just as an entertainer but he is genuinely a nice guy. Especially away from the cameras and mics. He is a great host both on the air and in his home. I have detailed four of his vehicles personally.

    What would you guys do?

Hard to say. It depends on the area and how good they are. Do NOT quote me on this. I ussually see (guessing retail-wise as I don't pay retail) $25 for the first dent $10 for each additional. Maybe...ish. Any other ideas on pricing?

    What would you guys do?

Contact a local paintless dent repair company. Or go to the junk yard and see if you can find a new door.

Thanks everyone for the responses. It has been very helpful. And Hi Bill! Setec you make some very great points and I am right there with you on all of them.
