Simply using IPA has worked wonders for me in the past with exactly the situation you describe.

Might be a bit spendy but BMW has a nice chrome slimline frame with 4 holes. I had a hard time finding one that had 4 holes so it wouldn't cause a racket vibrating. Probably about $30 online.
