Honestly, mistakes happen. I would have been alot more upset, had it not been for the politeness of the girl on the phone, and her ability to track it down as fast as she did. Heck, I have had companies lose my order, and then treat me like it was MY fault...not call me back for days (weeks!)...

I placed an order on March 23rd, and while recieving the order confirmation, I never recieved a shipping confirmation. Emailed Autogeek (march 31st) , then ended up calling a few days later (April 4) to confirm they recieved my email. I'm not sure of the girls name that I spoke to on the...
