Thanks for the input! Had some lying around so was curious. Blackfire trim sealant wouldn't touch it. The wrangler I was working on had so much damage the owner decided to have flares repainted or spray bedliner applied. It's 06 Rubicon that's never been cared for and has seen plenty of trail time.

Would Megs D166 work on Jeep fender flares as well?

Looks like some more reading up to do and finally get a polisher! Thanks for sharing all the comments and suggestions. I'll get some pics up soon and post my progress. My dad removed the red sripe as soon as he bought it. Looks better without IMO.
