A while back I found a thread on here where someone used plastic bins inside their cabinets to store all of their products. Each of the bins inside the cabinet had a label on it (WAX, POLISH, TIRES, INTERIOR etc).\

Or, as suggested, D143 works great on wheels, tires and wheelwells.
Save your money. You don't need a dedicated tire cleaner unless you are applying a product that actually requires it such as Tuf Shine.
I envy you if you can do all of this in one day.
