Thanks will have to try that. I can understand why the recommendation is to to not put anything on them but I would like something to prevent water spots and to help the tread to look new for longer
I recently bought some wolfgang exterior trim sealant. It works awesome and looks great. However I used it on my F150 bumper step treads and as I was doing other work set the bottle on the bumper and the sealant was so slippery it kept sliding off! So before I used it on my running boards...
I was thinking of using my Wolfgang finishing glaze glaze on my XPEL clear bra so I contacted XPEL to confirm it was ok and they said yes as long as it doesn't have petroleum distillates such as naphtha or kerosene. I can't find the MSDS sheets for the Wolfgang products .
