    Wheels too far gone?

If you have the time to spend on them, I would get yourself a cheap brush and a quart of paint stripper. Strip the clear off of them and further inspect the damage. From there, you can polish the rim or re-clear it.

ArmorAll Car Wash - Free at Target - Use or Pitch?

It must be a trend. A Walmart about 30 miles north just went through a remodel and they're selling 48 oz containers of Gold Class for $4. I bought 2 bottles and I'm going to check again soon and see if they keep marking it down.

    Sanding block or sanding paper?

I have seen blocks (sold at HF) with sanding grit attached to them. They're sold in coarse, medium, and fine grits. Even the "fine grit" is rather course, however. Is that what you're talking about? Or are you talking about using sandpaper by hand, without attaching it to a sanding block?

    Hello from Kentucky!

PAR: Thank you for the welcome and the advice. pfix: I'll be sure to post some pics soon. The previous owner really neglected this thing and it's flat out saddening. Some of the interior will actually need replacement. I have seen interiors in worse shape. However, they have been in 20 y/o...

Good deal! So a coat of NXT followed by a coat of PB Natty would be a pretty good protection system?

Hey fellas, I've been creeping around the forum here for a few weeks and decided to come out of the shadows and get some opinions. Everyone seems friendly, so I figured I wouldn't get flamed for asking for feedback on my starter kit. I've always enjoyed detailing cars and up to this point...

    Hello from Kentucky!

Hello all! This is a very nice site you have here. I've been creeping for a while and decided to make my first post tonight. I've learned a lot from what reading I have done and hope to learn much more. I'm currently building a '03 CCLB Dodge Ram 2500HD with a Cummins and it's a REAL mess...
