If I use it on the vinyl on my boat, will it take the wax off the fiberglass as well?

I just tried some peanit butter and it worked well after sitting on it for 5 minutes. Tomorrow I'm going to experiement more. Smooth is easier to apply than crunchy...

I had a car wash do a quick detail on my Pathfinder but they gor wax on a lot of the black plastic trim and door handles, etc. I've tried a few things but no luck. How can I make the plastic black again???
