So what's the replacement for Turtle Wax Tire Coat?

Are they similar products to the TW Endura Shine Tire Coat? Application and longevity pretty close?

So what's the replacement for Turtle Wax Tire Coat?

Just used up the last of my TW Tire Coat which I apply twice per year. Is there a similar product out there these days?? What did most of you switch too when your supply ran out?

    Got misted by something

I just did the hood so far and the clay got it all off. I'll get a chance to mess with it tomorrow and try to determine what it is. Judging by the black color on the clay bar I'm still thinking it was a mist of something like driveway coating.

What product do you use as a drying aid after maintenance washes?

I need to check out some new products cuz I'm still using Aquawax.

    Got misted by something

Did a full clay bar and wax job about 3 weeks ago and she was looking and feeling perfect. Washed her up the other day and noticed some kind of fine mist had coated the paint while I was drying with a micro fiber towel. Surface felt like 200 grit sandpaper. After a 2nd wash nothing changed so...

Is there a sealant like product for black plastic. Rear truck bumpers, running boards, etc.

Tire and trim coatings have saved me so much time it's ridiculous!!!! I get about 6 months out of my tire coating and well over a year out of my trim coating. Pretty amazing since I live in Michigan. I'm still using my very limited supply of the discontinued TW products.

    Exterior Trim Sealants

Any of the products mentioned in this thread similar to the discontinued Turtle Wax Trim Coat?

What's the deal with palm polishers?

I use my HF Palm Polisher to apply sealant and do some very minor correction. It's super light and really easy to use with one hand. I rigged mine to use regular 6 inch pads and tend to reach for the little guy more then my GG6.

Duragloss 111 not nearly as hyrophobic as Duragloss 105

I did a test with these two on the hood and doors of my Ford Edge about 3 years ago and the 111/601 seemed to last longer through a Michigan winter with frequent washes to remove salt. I applied the first coats mixed with 601 and the second coats were pure 105 and 111. Two very different...

    Muffler and Exhaust Tips Cleaning

Agree but I'd probably hit everything including the tips with high temp silver. Nice thing is that you can always hit it again if it starts to look bad.

    Winterizing tip

I've always undercoated and rust proofed my own vehicles to battle the salt belt I live in. Rust proofing lasts for years but I do touch up the undercoating every year before the snow flies. Not sure I'd wanna reapply a product like Fluid Film every season but I'm sure it's effective.

    Help picking a sealant

I would think a sealant that goes on super thin like maybe DG111 would be easy to apply and remove in direct sun.

Clean the Tires with Car soap?

These days all I use is car wash soap to clean my tires but they do have a nice durable tire coating on them.

    Longer lasting LSP

I've used quite a few on your list. I've never had good durability luck with 845 when compared to Z2 and DG 105 but that could be cuz I live in a winter salt belt and tend to wash a lot. I've had the best durability results with Zaino Z2 but it does give white a kinda plastic look which I...

Turtle Wax Jet Black Black Endura Shine Trim Coating

Did you just do one coat 2 years ago and is that a redneck deer whistle on the bumper??:):) I know the trim on those Jeeps (Liberty?) started to grey as soon as you drove them off the dealership lot.
