Isopropyl alcohol diluted with water works best. Vegetable oil (and elbow grease) has also been known to lift that residue.

Folex is the way to go. A simple spray and gentle wipes in the right direction should do the trick!

Quality leather cleaner--like Meguiars' Gold Class--and a scrub brush is your best bet. There are some brushes that are made specifically for leather and upholstery scrubbing. There are also numerous leather protectant sprays out there: Results for leather protectant - Search

Thanks, noted! What grade would you say Mother's qualified as? We've never used it. Yes, Clay bars work wonders! Glad you started using them. We encourage all of our customers to get that service before we do any waxing or correction. It's imperative in order to help the wax bond to the surface.

It pains me too when I see a car in such bad condition but also makes me excited when I get to transform them! We can fit up to 10 cars in our shop at once. We have 3 wash bays, an area we use for interior detailing & a station with a scissor lift primarily for paint corrections.

I did a test spot with LC 5.5" white & orange flat pads. The orange cut better and finished down nicely. I like to run the polisher slower (speed 4) Stop by sometime, we are in Long Island City. Thank you, we have some planned upgrades in the near future we are really excited about!
