Stupid Question.....what voltage do they run on? Are they dual voltage by any chance?

I'm in the States next week for a few days and thought I would use the opportunity to pick up a Rupes Mini whilst I'm there. However before I order it I need to know if the Rupes Mini will be compatible back in South Africa which is running on 220/240 volts. I know it's a stupid question but...
