    Waterless Wash?

Wow, just checked back in this morning and I am happy to see so many replies to my topic. Yeah, I kinda figured "DP Waterless Wash" was a "waterless wash" -_-... I might just take my car to the automatic car wash and then use the DP waterless wash after that... Do you guys have anything...

Is it true that chemicals expire...?

I heard some people saying that after a certain amount of times (a couple of months, they claim) all of the auto detailing products use their effect... Is this true? If so I better start using some stuff up :(

    Waterless Wash?

Sound like it is more complicated than just washing your car with a good old fashioned bucket + water honestly... Thanks for you help, and I use DP Waterless Wash.

    Waterless Wash?

I was wondering if anybody had any advice for using waterless wash on your car. I mean, I have some, and I would hate for it to go to waste, and my car needs to be washed anyway right now, its looking pretty nasty.

    Safe Compressed Air?

Well thanks, I have talked to other people and they thought I was overreacting as well... Guess I will see what happens tomorrow. Oh, one more thing... How would I go about cleaning off a car battery? Since mine looks horrid and we are not supposed to get that wet?

    Safe Compressed Air?

Well they said "enclosed" and then as an example they used "such as the inside of a paper shredder"... That wouldn't be horribly enclosed I wouldn't think... At least the two paper shredders I have owned weren't...

    Safe Compressed Air?

In the engine detailing guide on the site (which was very informative and helpful) it recommends that you use compressed air to get the water out of spaces that you cannot reach, such as small cracks and the like. I went to the store today to buy some compressed air for this reason (and to...

    Engine Detailing Information

Thanks for that link, alot of useful information and opinions from people, but I do not know which advice to follow. I think I will start tomorrow though, I need to just get it over with. It doesn't sound like water will absolutely destroy the engine, so that makes me feel a little better.

Engine detailing mistakes and how to fix?

I am going to detail my own engine soon, maybe tomorrow, but I will not use acrylic anything. You said that your engine looks bad, but judging by the pictures you have one of the best looking engines I have seen, except for a little problem with the oil cap. Just wondering how everything...

It seems to be all about the money really, like most things in life. I am apprehensive about letting other people do things to my car.
