Favorite shoe / boot to wear, looking good for details

Red Wing Shoes IMO the most Comfy and durable work boots/shoes I have ever worn. Converse also makes some nice chemical/oil/gas resistant non slip work shoes that are styled after the classic converse skate shoes. I like those too.

Yea, I did spend quite a bit of time on that. I figured, if someone finds me online and they dont know me from Adam then they can make an educated decision on me by pictures of my work and what I tell them about me...... with that said, I am working on a way to structure the images to do a...

I have an old rotary polisher I was thinking about trying out...

that thing was made back when tools were really meant to be used and abused. It's a shame to see the terrible quality alot of tool manufacturers are putting into their tools these days. Black and Decker being one of them. I have used a similar rotary to that. Fast arm speed, no added...

Disappointing experiance with LC CCS pads purchased from autogeek

While I prefer the finish that my LC pads provide me I do somewhat agree with the yellow pad issues. I have never had a pad separate on me like that, but have wasted several LC yellow pads that were clean, new, and otherwise no issues whatsoever. I never use the yellow pad with UC or 105...

Couldn't be More Disappointed in my Flex 3401

You can never go wrong with your Makita. All the power tools they manufacture are top notch. Yesterday I was installing a fan on my back porch and dropped my Makita cordless drill off of a 10 foot ladder onto concrete. No damage at all. I almost always use my Makita for correction and...

    Non-Detailing Collections...

I collect tools....I hate needing a certain tool to complete a project and not having it, or worse having to stop what I am doing to go buy it and try to get focused all over again. So when I see a good deal on a nice tool or piece of equipment...I buy it.. For wrenches, ratchets, sockets I...

Best polish after using Meguiars Ultimate Compound?

The griots one step sealant provides a nice finish after UC. It has very light abrasives to remove any marring. I use it with a gray pad after UC and always get good results.

What to apply on a Jeep Wrangler hardtop?

A soft flannal blanket to put over the top that will stay suspended from your garage ceiling only to be taken down to clean....Wait, that's what I did with mine! lol Seriously though the Wrangler JK(07-12) models do not have NEAR the problem with hard top fading as the previous Wrangler's did...
