I think some of you have experience in using touch-up paint to restore bumpers.
This is not my before/after picture. But my situation is similar to the before picture.
What grit sandpaper should I be using for my paper?
Yesterday I clay barred a car that is 6 years old and never was clayed or waxed.
1. Just a few passes was enough to get the clay bar filthy. Is that to be expected, or did I just not clean the car well enough first?
2. I was not able to get all the gunk off even after 3-4 passes over a spot. I...
I'd rather not buy new stuff for just the exhaust tips, but I'm mainly concerned with tarnishing the tips or making it look worse with the cquart dlux.

So I just got new plates for my new car.
I'm going to protect my front bumper anyway, so I might as well protect my plates.

what are they using here? cotton pad?
Would it be okay to use cotton pads to apply opti-lens to my plastic light covers and to use cotton pads to apply carpro cquartz dlux to my plastic and rubber trim?
I think I would get better control and finesse with cotton pads rather than the large bulky towels and pads.
actually i coated my wheels with paint sealant and didn't think i was gonna apply dlux to the wheels.
but now i want to coat my wheels with dlux. can i go ahead and apply the dlux next week?
