So you are not supposed to wash in the sun...

I just got a crspotless filter, the big one, man it worked great, tried it out today for the first time. Highly recommend it. I have a black T/A as well, and lemme tell ya, it made washing the car a whole different experience, because I could take my time, no worries about it drying out and...

    Window cleaning help please!!!

All you guys that are using quad 0 steel wool are using oil free stuff right? Liberon is the only manufacturer I know of that makes oil free steel wool, and is the only steel wool I use for polishing anything. It will never break off in little bits either, as it is one continuous strand. I...

    Ez-Up Canopy On Sale

The thing about the 10x10' canopies, is it appears that if the sun isn't directly overhead, your shade area is nowhere you want it to be. It appears even just looking at the pictures of them on sites that sell them that if you were to try and wash the car say before 11:00am or after 01:00pm...

    Quick Poll ---Summer Time Washing

Shade? What's that? Between the brutal summer sun/heat and the ridiculously hard water (not to mention the every friggin day afternoon showers/thunderstorms) I'm seriously considering moving again. I don't know what you guys think a garage is going to do for your washing. You going to wash...

What is your FAVORITE glass cleaner of all time? (plus technique)

I was a glazier for several years long ago. We used many different cleaners. Always try a cleaner on a mirror to test it's power and streaking tendency. You'll also be better able to see just how clean it got it. Foaming glass cleaners tend to be better. It's what is used in glass...

    New PC

Ok, let's agree to disagree then. Everyone is talking about the pad making a revolution in a circle...is that clear? LIKE a rotary would do...in a circle, I don't care if it's forced or not, it should be making revolutions in a circle as well as off axis wobbling. Answer this, you put a...

    New PC

Man...I thought I made it clear...you guys are making this tough... The pad does NOT just jiggle, unless there is too much force, it is SUPPOSED to ROTATE like an orbital AND ALSO move side to side. Reread the description of the DUAL meaning two, dual means two motions, one is in a circle...

    New PC

 Description of the action of a PC7424: One more time in case anyone missed it: These polishers ROTATE the pad like an ORBITAL polisher...AND they move the pad back and forth. Is the nail in the coffin yet???

    New PC

Sorry, didn't know you guys were expecting a response from me in particular. As I stated in my previous post, I believe it has more to do with the actual size of the pad, than any one system. The same amount of pressure applied to a larger surface area (larger pad) results in less pressure...
