I have had a good amount of experience with 2500. I always prime my pad with a mist of water and then I cover the pad with 2500. That being said I found that certain pads make it dust and clump up like no other. It does not work well with LC White CCS pad for me. So I would try a different pad.
I come across this all the time. Just build up of dirt, skin, oils, makeup and all sorts of stuff. I find it on controls and all over the steering wheel. Steam and/or 1z deep plastic cleaner tear right through it.

Hey Mike, do you find it easier to use the pc for sanding over something like a 3m electric palm sander? I ask because I am very interested in trying out sanding and it looks like the electric palm sander would be the most comfortable to use.
I have both the Flex and Rupes 21. Without a doubt the Flex is the one I need most. It corrects better and is more versatile. The Flex is the best and the Rupes is a nice toy to have.
