I have the same issue on my Pearl white 2016 WRX. Fortunately I am able to remove them during washing with a heavy micro fiber and light pressure. I do have 2 coats of Meg's Sealant with weekly touch-up with WG quick spray Sealant so that may be the reason I am able to remove them easier. Joe...
