No pics, but I did a pass over the whole vehicle (2011 4runner) with the 205 and an orange pad, and followed with a meguiers liquid wax application using a black pad.
Car came out looking pretty good. There are still some swirls left in the paint, but nowhere near as many as what I started out...
Read the instructions twice, and did not see any mention of what the spacer that is in the bag with the wrench is for.
Can anyone shed any light on this?
So after doing some research for a few days Ive decided that the porter cable is probably the safest power tool for a newbie like me to use on my car (black 2011 4runner).
Problem is Im having trouble deciding which kit to get, Im kind of leaning towards the showcar kit with the pinnacle...
Ive picked up the inline water filter system from the autogeek store, but Ive still ended up with hard water deposits (though not nearly as much as without the filter system).
Is it safe to use a 1:3 vinegar/water mix (1 part vinegar:3 parts distilled water) as a quick detailer to remove these...
