Is there such thing as an aftermarket engine brake for a gas engine? Auto manufacturers label the ones in new vehicles as downhill assist. If not, then is it safe to use the 321 on the gear selector (PRND321) for deceleration? I have a 4 speed automatic.

I have recently bought the black and yellow Meguiar's Soft Buff 2.0 pads. Which one do I use for compounding, and polishing? Which one for AIO products? Which one for cleaner waxes, and LSPs? Thanks in advance.
