Best way to apply hyper dressing to tires

That’s why I like (water -based dressing) it. No long term build up.

Anyone else ditches the 2 bucket method?

lol that car was almost dripping more than the sarcasm in this video, ...almost I like to use the GDWM with a regular hose foam gun. My 12 towels sitting in a bucket of wash and an empty bucket for the used mf towels. The grit guards in the empty bucket keep the towels off the bottom and out of...

Question about Pinnacle Black Label Diamond Coatings

Yeah, I meant to type “I know [nothing] is 100%” That’s good to know. Technically, if it gets swirling it’s in the coating though, right? I need to relax, my ocd on this new black paint is going to kill me. lol

Question about Pinnacle Black Label Diamond Coatings

So tell me, how resistant is a coating to swirling from regular washes/drying? I use a variety of 2 bucket method, to a GDWM multiple mf towels or hybrids of some sort. Edit: I know nothing is 100% when washing to protect for swirling.

    Frustrated

Yeah, it’s the first Black vehicle Ive had since I got into detailing. I’m not a professional so it’s just sort of a hobby on my own cars. I guess I’m just a little freaked out worrying about how easy it is to see defects in black. My past vehicles were silver. Sent from my iPhone using...

    Frustrated

So I was washing my wife’s brand new black Explorer last night. It was its first wash and I was trying to finish before if got dark. I’m half way through and the neighbor next door decided to come out and start mowing his yard. Needless to say I was furious. If his yard were nice and only grass...

Question about Pinnacle Black Label Diamond Coatings

So it’s basically my misunderstanding the “issue” some are having it sounds like. I understand that spots will happen especially in fine mist situations, opposite of a running hose when the water can collect together and run off. I was under the impression that the spotting was etching into the...

Question about Pinnacle Black Label Diamond Coatings

The water spot issues, is this spots after washing or after rain? Kinda discouraging because I thought the whole point of coatings was not to have such an issue. And it seems the spots are not easily removed from what I read. Am I misunderstanding this issue? Sent from my iPhone using...

Question about Pinnacle Black Label Diamond Coatings

I see AG shows a “Pinnacle Black Label Diamond Surface Coating” and then a 4oz bottle of “Pinnacle Black Label Diamond Paint Coating” What’s the difference? Says the “paint coating” is V2 so I’m guessing is a newer improved version maybe? Or is the Surface coating a kind of jack of all...

    Aerosol spray on trim dressings

I was thinking of using some on the windshield cowl myself. It's a real pain trying to apply dressing to it because of all the crevices and grill-like shapes. I just didn't want to trade time spent cleaning the windshield and hood of overspray.

    Aerosol spray on trim dressings

Sorry, didn't mean tires. May be the auto correct on my phone changed trim to tire.

    Aerosol spray on trim dressings

How's the application with these? Does it get all over the vehicle?

    Aerosol spray on trim dressings

How many folks have tried the spray on tire dressings. I've seen the CG has a popular aerosol dressing and now Mothers Back to Black is getting into this application. How well does it apply this way? Seems like it would get all over the vehicle especially if there is any kind of breeze.
