What will your next ride be?

That's what I like about the G90. I test drove one with the V8(that is the one I am looking at in 2021) and I liked the ride. Somewhat floaty but firm and does'nt ride like a buckboard. Always appreciated the larger cars hence that is what I always bought with the exception of my 72 GS which...

What will your next ride be?

Yep, love to drive. Bought a new 09 XF and had it for 2 yrs. Bought it as a second car to knock around in but always ended up driving the Lucerne with northstar I had at the time. Xf was quick but I found the ride a little too firm for me. Looked at the XJ when I found out GM no longer...

What will your next ride be?

Always bought Buicks or Cadillacs but since GM is no longer making the large cars in the States(only China) my next purchase would most likely be a Genesis G90 in black

When I first had my one knee replaced last January I was using a walker, I went to visit my daughter in San Diego. When I went to the airport at BWI I used the the motorized walkway (or whatever its called) vs the regular walkway, there were 2 sailors in front of me and a Marine. This...

What's the deal with people nowadays?

I saw it another way at an autoparts store the other day. A 20 something was in line ahead of me getting ready to check out when his phone rang. He kept talking and the cashier was waiting for him to pay and finally asked him if he was ready. He looked at the cashier and said can't you see I...

    Yes, I bought a KIA

Yep,that is how he thinks. IMO if I can't afford to buy it, I don't. I was brought up a little different-was taught if you can not buy it don't rent because its never yours. To me its a false sense of ownership. That goes from tools to cars to houses, just how I was raised-not knocking...

    Yes, I bought a KIA

This is from Wards website: "30 vehicles are facing close inspection for fit-and-finish, ergonomics, materials, comfort and aesthetics." The Stinger happens to be one of them. Is it subjective-could be, could they be objective, most likely, but then again beauty is in the eye of the...

    What Was Your First Car?

1972 Buick GS, here is a pic of car and then girl friend/now wife in the pits at York US30 Drag strip in 73. Had more hair and was thinner back then, worked 3 jobs and saved up for this car. As usual if I'd of known I would of kept it but sold it when I got married, got a good job and 4 kids...

    1970 Buick Grand Sport

They make adapters, you can get from Jegs or Summit that will let you attach AOD, or you can get an overdrive unit for the TH400 but I think that would be costly. I remember reading that you could put a 2004r(I think with an adapter, not sure) but I don't know if it will hold up to the torque.

    1970 Buick Grand Sport

I agree whole heartedly on the resto mod. I keep saying someday I will do that to mine because parts would be more readily available and it would be a heck of a lot faster and would ride trouble free with better gas mileage.
