by blotchy do you mean there are white marks? if so that is excess product that has crystallised. to remove you can do this by scrubbing with a medium brush and strong apc solution.

it seems that the issue is if the exo is applied too long after c1 is applied. we recommend applying the exo between 3 and 12 hours after c1 (this is a window - it doesn't matter if you apply at either end of the range). i had one of our Accredited Detailers visit Radarryan to fix this issue...

as above it seems to be an issue around putting exo over c1. of the many hundreds of applications there seems to be a handful that have had this issue. we are running test applications under various conditions to try and replicate the issue.
