Thanks for the advice. I'm confident everything will get taken care of. I was hoping to get the process started today as I am traveling overseas on biz the next week and wanted to start in on the springtime detailpalooza upon my return the following week.
I just received an order where I was shorted several items. Strangely enough, the pic list on the invoice that came with the shipment was missing the three items I was shorted, but the order total on the invoice included the items that were omitted. Tried to call this morning to clear it up...
