When this happened to me With my jet black BMW I tried remove the hazing with a orange light cutting foam pad and D301. It worked! I also tried with a soft polishing foam pad and it was even better. Tried Ultimate polish and 3M ultrafina and the soft foam polishing pad and the result was similar...
First make sure you have control of flow rate of your paint and atomizing air. Using smaller hole decreasis flow rate and to keep ratio you'll need to deacrease atomizing air. You can test on white surface first, the spray pattern should be homogen with no "rings" and round or elliptical...
I agree, to get show car finish you have to clean, correct and polish. What you decide to use as a sealant or wax is of minor importance for the shine. It can add some gloss and even fill out small scratches but it cannot alone do the trick. Use the same procedures as used on other colors here...
Used Meguiars Gold Class QD but since I use it quite often i decided to by M135 in gallon. Next time I think I'll go for Final touch instead (diluted 1:1). Didn't experience any big difference. And the hydrophobic properties is good enough in GCQD if applied often i.e. 1-3 times a week.
Today I tried UP with soft polishing pad and UW by hand. Left UW 20 min before I buffed it off, this together with the temperature being much cooler today helped with buffing the UW off without streaking.
It's good, simple and informative. I would prefer the picture of you sitting in front of the car not to be switched. Maybe make it going across from left to right but cut the height. The reason is that I think It's too much to have two large images switching all the time.

I use a combination of brush and air. But once the fibers begin to stick, cleaning needs to be done more often and finally needs to be changed. Especially the cutting disc when using more force to correct deeper scratches. Think it's the heat and force that makes the fibers stick. Maybe I use...
Minimum I charge for material such as pads and chemicals. You should not loose money on helping your friends. Time is one thing you could always be generous with. But to be able to help your next friend, at least you need fresh pads and polish.
