Mike, one Thursday class I want to come down when you have a hammered single stage car to do, like that old Lincoln. I'll keep my eye peeled for future Thursday events. Have fun everyone and get'um shinny!
I love mine as well, I need to get that vac attachment. It is a great investment imo.
The black model has beefed up internals and is more efficient in not needing as much CFM to drive it. That being said you will want a compressor that will supply the correct CFM I think it was 5 CFM @ 90 psi.
Why PTG is a great investment. Most car manufacturers will only allow roughly 25% of the total clear coat thickness removed without long term durability problems "Premature Clear coat Failure" being an issue. If you started off with 50 microns(2mils) of clear coat, you would only be able to...

I think you are fine with time on that Hyundai. You can only go so fast before quality starts to suffer. So many variables come into play its crazy, such as panel curves and angles, and all the prep just leading up to spinning pads on the paint. The correction time on even a small car is low...
Anderson3754 Only if you feel the need but if I were you I'd get the PC 7424xp and leave the GG6 alone. Not saying the GG6 is bad I have one but at this point you'd have two similar tools. Spend that money on multiple pads like the Lake Country Thin Pros. These thin pads Kick butt on that...
Like Maestro Sam asked it will help if you can identify the stain. Is it a tannin stain "coffee, soda, fruit juice" or protein stain "milk or food"? There are purpose made stain removers to break down particular stains when all purpose cleaner or a generic upholstery cleaner doesn't cut it...
