Here's the finished Product. The car is in the Detroit Autorama this weekend. Looks really nice, like a sapphire ring!! This car took 9 hours to clean, polish,& wax.Used Sovereign Paste on this car.... I love it. Thanks for the tips on the fine scratches.... this thing looks like it was dipped...

Thanks Shadetree! I'll order some today. This car is very high end... almost intimidating to work on. The owner loves casual cruises and 2hr blasts down the highway. I feel confident enough now to try the RD85 going forward. I'll report back after using. Thanks again HR20

oops, no, the scratches are everywhere . Thats the reason I'm thinking maybe a quick pass with a PC machine would help...

The fenders are also Sapphire Blue,to match the entire street rod. Would a PC machine be acceptable to lightly and quickly mover over the fenders?
