    Garden hose is usually thick and hence have greater flow than PW hose. I use 80 foot garden hose with my pressure washer and it works very well. Never faced any issue.

    One more thing to keep in mind specially when applying ceramic coating. Always stay in a system e.g. if you use CarPro polishes, use CarPro Eraser. Just stay within a same brand.

    Heavy Film On Car

    Any degreaser or APC can remove film but you need to be careful to not let it dry on paint. Other option is to use non pH neutral soap. Another option is to use soap which contain abrasives like Meguiar's Wash Plus or Sonax Wash & Polish.

    I own single forced rotation DA with 5 inch backing plate. I polish tight areas by hand. This is another option.

    Prep properly and use any Hybrid or Synthetic wax and then clean wheels only using ph neutral soap. This gives me durability of more than a month. Only use strong chemicals when doing next prep and application.
