Wolfgang products question's Deep Gloss Paint Sealant

Re: Wolfgang products question's Sounds about right to me. Those are the steps I took. Rinse, wash, clay, rinse, WG TSR, Finishing glaze, and then, finally, the WG DGPS. I took another step, after curing, and applied a nice thin coat of wax.

NEW Cordless FLEX Tools at Autogeek Rotary and Orbital Polishers

These look really cool. Battery technology has come a long way, since a few years ago. I suspect the reason they give you 2 batteries is because you can work with one, while charging the other. This way, when one is done, switch out the fresh one, and put the spent one on the charger. Since...

Wetsanding Project - 1929 Ford Model A Sedan Delivery Streetrod

Hey Mike, it's with a heavy heart that I'm not going to be able to make it this time around. Family member passed away...double whammy, unfortunately. Both sadden me. :( Though, I'll keep my spirits high in that I sure hope there is a next time. :) MC.

For you cold weather guys Last

I'm in the Jax/St. Augustine area, too, and it's definitely much cooler than a few weeks ago. Not cold, like it was when I lived in NY. Maybe look into amazon for some really good water proof gloves -...

Wetsanding Project - 1929 Ford Model A Sedan Delivery Streetrod

^^Thanks for the info. As for convincing, I meant I have to convince the wife to let me head down that way. But, I understand, completely. :)

Will try that, once this little bottle runs out. Thanks for the suggestion. :)

    McKee's 37 gloss tire gel over 303.

With the 303 alone, the tire just had a slight matte finish, no gloss at all. Once I washed the car/tires, the tire itself looked about the same as when it had 303 on it...and then, finally, the latest rendition. I'll see how long it holds up...

    McKee's 37 gloss tire gel over 303.

Finally had a chance to dress up the tires. Neck muscles have been locked up for a few days, so, did something easy. Anyhow, I bought a sample of the MK37 GTG, and had previously cleaned the tire(s) and applied a small amount of 303. Then, washed the car and cleaned the tires again, and...

    New DA polisher question

Sounds about right. Took me a few hours for my sedan...lots of contours. I was tired, at the end of it all, no doubt!

Help me not succumb to temptation

Having lived in the NE, for many a year, I feel for you guys/gals that still live up there. I don't miss the snow/salt/black ice/the cold...brrr... Sorry, rubbin' it in, ain't I? Interesting concept, though, the touchless. Down close to my house, they still use those leather (or...

    New DA polisher question

Yeap, just use minimal product, unless your car is really bad. In any case, this was a great read...as are most of Mike's how-to's. https://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/porter-cable-7424xp-dual-action-orbital-polisher/38399-da-polisher-articles-help-newbies-machine-polishing.html
